Puma South Africa wanted to create an experiential space that would allow consumers and guests to experience the brands urban ideology and culture by creating the Puma Social Club in downtown Johannesburg. Each season ran for 6 months at a time and showcased the absolute best in upcoming and established musical talent every Friday night.
“At first look this event seems to be a simple setup. However the logistics behind arranging freelance technicians, equipment that meets all technical riders per night and the ongoing time management pertaining to all these elements was very challenging. This was in part due to the fact that we were running all logistics from Cape Town and partly due to the high volume of communications needed for each night. However, due to careful planning and keeping on the pulse of each event, every night ran without issue and each technician and technical provider worked extremely hard, providing the client with seamless events, exceeding expectations and going the extra mile.”
